Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Contact us at hello@fitresa.com and the change takes effect within 24 hours. No commitment, no cancellation fees.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly. You pay one year upfront. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with a refund for remaining months.

Are SMS included in the Starter plan?

SMS reminders are available from the Starter plan on a pay-as-you-go basis. You top up a balance and only pay for the SMS sent (~€0.11 excl. tax/SMS in France).

What is the Studio plan?

The Studio plan is designed for gym chains, franchises or multi-location organisations. Pricing is custom based on your needs. Contact us at hello@fitresa.com.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes, with no time limit. The only restrictions are the quotas (50 bookings/month, 1 coach, 10 active slots). Perfect for getting started or running an occasional activity.

Do you take a commission on paid bookings?

Zero commission on à la carte bookings — FitResa only charges the monthly or annual subscription, and your clients' payments via Stripe go directly to your bank account. Only exception: a 2% fee on package sales (multi-session passes), which covers processing of grouped payments via Stripe Connect.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Your clients receive a secure link by email (magic link), valid for 15 minutes. They click, they book. No account to create, no password to remember.

How do I integrate the widget on my website?

Copy a <script> tag from your backoffice and paste it into your site. Compatible with all CMS (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Framer, Webflow...). If you don't have a website, your public FitResa page on fitresa.com is enough.

What happens if I exceed my booking quota?

New bookings are blocked once the quota is reached — no hidden fees, no surprise on your invoice. You receive a notification and can upgrade your plan in a few minutes.

How does cancellation work?

An email to hello@fitresa.com is all it takes. Cancellation is effective within 24 hours, with no fees and no notice period. For annual subscriptions, you are refunded pro rata for remaining months if you cancel within the first 6 months.

Can my clients cancel their booking?

Yes, via the link in their confirmation email. The cancellation deadline is configurable from your backoffice (default: 24 hours before the slot). If payment was made online, the refund is automatic.

Is online payment mandatory?

No. Each slot can be set to "online" (Stripe) or "on-site" payment. You can also disable Stripe entirely if you prefer not to collect payments online.

Can I customise the emails sent to my clients?

Yes, you can set your accent colour and background colour from your backoffice settings. Logo support is currently in development.

Does FitResa integrate with Google Calendar?

iCal synchronisation — compatible with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook — is in development and will be available soon on Starter, Pro and Studio plans.
