This cookie policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the FitResa platform (fitresa.com and app.fitresa.com) and explains how you can control them.

No consent banner

FitResa uses no analytics or advertising cookies requiring your consent.

Cookieless analytics (Umami)

Our analytics tool is EU-hosted, fully anonymous and CNIL-exempt.

Technical cookies only

The only cookies set are necessary for authentication and secure payments.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember information about your visit (language, preferences, session) to provide a better experience. Cookies have a limited lifespan and can be deleted at any time from your browser settings.

3. Analytics: why FitResa does not require consent

FitResa uses Umami Analytics, hosted on our own infrastructure (analytics.susanoo.fr). Umami is privacy-first by design: it places no cookies on your device, does not collect your full IP address, and performs no cross-site tracking. All collected data is fully anonymous and aggregated (page views, traffic sources, countries). In accordance with CNIL recommendations, a fully anonymous audience measurement tool with no data cross-referencing and no data leaving the EU is exempt from the consent requirement. This is why FitResa does not display a consent banner for analytics.

4. localStorage — display preferences

FitResa uses your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) to remember your theme preference (light/dark). This data stays on your device, is never sent to our servers, and does not constitute a cookie under the ePrivacy Directive. It can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.

5. Payment-related cookies (Stripe)

During the subscription payment process, Stripe may place technical cookies necessary for the security and proper functioning of the transaction (fraud detection, payment session maintenance). These cookies are placed only on payment pages and are essential for the performance of the contract. They are not used for advertising or behavioural tracking. 6. How to control cookies

You can control and delete cookies from your browser settings:

Note: disabling all cookies may prevent some platform features from working correctly (login, payment).

FitResa reserves the right to modify this cookie policy at any time to reflect changes in its practices or legal requirements. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
